Job Purpose

Contribute to achieving

RASF Investment Company’s

sales targets and revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, providing professional sales consultations, promoting the company’s products and services, and managing the customer journey from initial contact through contract closure while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • and its products and services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers to understand their needs and business requirements.
  • Provide professional sales consultations and recommend suitable solutions aligned with customer expectations and company offerings.
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads and convert them into qualified opportunities and successful sales transactions.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and site visits as required.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in accordance with company policies.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and support the closing of sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless contract execution and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, opportunities, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers after sales completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities organized by the company.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager within the scope of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in real estate, investment, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
