Leasing Specialistrole Purpose

Support occupancy and revenue targets by managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties, attracting prospective tenants, completing leasing transactions efficiently, and delivering an exceptional leasing experience while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and qualify prospective tenants and guide them in selecting suitable residential or commercial units.
  • Manage the leasing process from negotiation of lease terms through contract execution and unit handover.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met prior to signing.
  • Monitor lease schedules, rental payments, renewals, and payment due dates.
  • Accurately record and maintain all leasing transactions and tenant information within Property Management and CRM systems.
  • Conduct property tours and unit viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy before handover.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support marketing initiatives aimed at promoting vacant units and increasing occupancy rates.
  • Prepare periodic leasing performance and occupancy reports.
  • Monitor tenant compliance with lease terms and contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to enhancing the tenant experience and improving leasing processes and service quality.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Property and Leasing Manager within the scope of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or a related field.
  • Real Estate Broker License issued by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), or currently in the process of obtaining it.
  • Experience using Property Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
