Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a high-income career in the dynamic UAE property market.
The role offers an attractive commission structure along with company-provided visa and broker card.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful transaction closures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for transactions
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
