Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and build long-term client relationships.
- Advise customers on kitchen appliances and design; coordinate with the CAD team on product mock-ups.
- Keep up with design trends and product specifications to provide relevant, innovative solutions.
- Meet monthly KPIs and follow company policies and practices for order processing.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and showroom presentation standards.
About you
- Sales background in kitchen appliances and a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Customer-focused, with strong knowledge of design trends and product specifications.
