Sales Consultant – Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries and generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals
- Make outbound calls daily to prospective members and follow up on leads
- Explain membership plans, group classes, and personal training packages to clients
- Conduct gym/facility tours and convert enquiries into memberships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update client details in the system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure renewals and referrals
- Coordinate with trainers and front desk for smooth onboarding of new members
- Handle basic customer queries and provide excellent service
