What you’ll do
- Call potential landlords and sellers daily.
- Conduct market appraisals for listings and enter properties in Reapit CRM.
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
- Negotiate and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
- Build client relationships through regular contact, trust, and transparency.
- Maintain records of properties, clients, and owners.
What you’ll need
- Genuine passion for real estate and willingness to expand your knowledge.
- Exceptional customer-service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
Earnings and incentives
- Commission starts from 50% and can increase based on performance; earning potential is described as unlimited.
- Regular incentives are offered monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
