Role overview

Maintenance duties

• Install, repair, and maintain AC systems, troubleshoot issues, replace parts, and perform routine maintenance.
• Perform basic handyman work.
• Carry out electrical repairs and installations, including wiring, outlets, switches, and light fixtures, while complying with electrical codes.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and complete maintenance projects on time and to a high standard.
• Inspect and diagnose issues involving handyman, AC, and electrical systems and develop effective solutions.

Service and safety duties

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and supply and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay informed about trends, techniques, and advancements in AC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Provide customer service and respond promptly to client maintenance requests.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven maintenance experience focused on AC systems, electrical work, and plumbing.
• Strong knowledge and skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, AC systems, and electrical wiring.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Additional requirements

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members and clients.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
• Valid UAE manual driver's licence is required.
• Experience with inverter units is an advantage.
