Responsibilities
- Build relationships with investors and buyers interested in off-plan property.
- Advise clients on developer launches and investment opportunities.
- Manage the sales journey from enquiry to reservation.
- Monitor market trends, new projects, and developer offerings.
- Attend launches, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business.
- Provide client service and manage long-term relationships.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a client-facing role.
- Real estate experience; Dubai market or off-plan experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Genuine interest in property investment and the Dubai market.
Earnings and incentives
- Commission starts from 50% and increases based on performance; unlimited earning potential is advertised.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives are offered.
