Position: Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and lease premium properties across Qatar.
You will build lasting relationships, understand clients' needs, and provide expert guidance throughout the property journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and present available properties professionally.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
- Stay up to date with Qatar's real estate market trends and property values.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to maximize business opportunities.
What We'Re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
