Role Overview
FGREALTY is expanding into the UAE market and is looking for driven and self-motivated Real Estate Agents to join our Dubai team.
The role is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties for rent and sale
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of landlord and developer relationships
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the leasing or purchase process
- Follow up consistently with leads and clients at every stage of the transaction
- Ensure all documentation, forms, and agreements are completed accurately and on time
- List properties on different platforms and portals available
- Stay up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing, and new developments
- Meet and exceed monthly targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai preferred
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods and property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Presentable, professional, and client-focused
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus
