Sales Consultant – Commercial Vehicles

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our commercial vehicles division in Dubai. The role will focus on selling Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) to fleet customers, corporate accounts, government entities, logistics, and construction companies. The ideal candidate should have proven B2B sales experience in the automotive industry (preferably commercial vehicles), strong client relationship skills, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets in a competitive market.
What you’ll do
- Drive B2B sales for Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) across Dubai, targeting fleet customers, corporate accounts, government entities, logistics, construction, FMCG distribution, and leasing companies.
- Develop and execute a strong sales strategy to acquire new accounts and grow existing B2B relationships.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market intelligence, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, account management, and upselling value-added solutions such as aftersales packages and extended warranties.
- Understand customer requirements, prepare customized proposals, and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Negotiate fleet pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from inquiry and quotation to order confirmation, financing coordination, vehicle delivery, and aftersales handover.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with management to support product and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal processes and reporting standards
Who you are
- A results-driven B2B sales professional with proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles or fleet sales.
- Experienced in handling corporate, fleet, or government clients within a competitive market.
- Strong in relationship building, negotiation, and closing complex fleet deals.
- Confident in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to understand business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with CRM systems and structured sales reporting.
- Based in Dubai or willing to work extensively across the UAE market.
