Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the car purchasing process, from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-in and online customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Present, promote, and sell vehicles from our range of Chinese brands, including electric and hybrid models
• Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and corporate clients
• Handle test drives, vehicle delivery, and post-sale follow-ups
• Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to manage leads and vehicle availability
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offers, and brand updates

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of automotive sales experience (Chinese brand experience is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic) اللغه العربيه
• A UAE driving license is mandatory
• Knowledge of car financing, insurance, and the RTA registration process
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Passionate about cars, technology, and customer satisfaction
• Based in Dubai
