Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with a strong background in accounting and taxation services. The role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and advisory responsibilities along with supporting accounting, VAT, and corporate tax-related client delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth while having a solid understanding of accounting and UAE tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for accounting, VAT, and corporate tax services
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business needs
- Present and pitch tailored financial and taxation solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Convert leads into clients and achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and service offerings
2. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Address client queries and provide timely support
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
3. Coordination with Operations Team
- Coordinate with accounting and tax teams for service delivery
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams
- Follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Support in resolving client issues related to accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax
Qualifications & Requirements
- CA / Inter CA / ACCA (qualified or part-qualified preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or finance (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax
- Proven experience or interest in sales and business development
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or ERP systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
