Role overview

Briefs, strategy, and proposals

• Translate client briefs and meetings into strategic responses and persuasive proposals.
• Develop proposal structures, creative concepts, campaign ideas, and recommendations.
• Recommend creator profiles and indicative campaign pricing for leadership review.
• Manage proposals from initial brief through near-final response.

New business and creative marketing

• Research brands, categories, and markets to identify leads; prepare prospect lists, account research, and outreach sequences.
• Support approved cold outreach and automation through agreed email and LinkedIn workflows.
• Prepare meeting research, talking points, and follow-up materials for the commercial team.
• Develop pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and sales collateral; use creator and social trends in proposals.
• Present Vamp's work, insights, and capabilities in stories for prospective clients.

AI and automation

• Use ChatGPT and Claude for daily research, ideation, proposal creation, and prospecting.
• Find ways to improve commercial workflows with AI and automation, and review generated work for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Vamp's standards.

Candidate profile

• Experience in creative strategy, influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
• Turn briefs into clear strategies, creative ideas, and persuasive proposals.
• Strong writing, storytelling, research, and presentation skills; knowledge of creators, social platforms, and digital culture.
• Commercially minded and comfortable with budgets and indicative pricing.
• Confident with ChatGPT and Claude and able to demonstrate AI workflow improvements.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
• GCC or MENA market experience is an advantage.
