- What you’ll actually do
- Drive lead generation, own outbound sales and generate high-quality opportunities in the UAE
- Lead meetings with CEOs, founders, and decision-makers
- Run demos that show how modern sales teams win with Pipedrive
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Identify and propose process improvements to optimize sales performance
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, engagement metrics, and market insights
- Experiment with innovative approaches to attract, convert, and retain clients
- Build long-term partnerships and position our CRM solution as a trusted business tool
- Who we’re looking for
- Strong expertise in CRM Sales (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
- 3+ years of B2B active sales experience in Dubai market
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience selling into the UAE market or similar regions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- A person who takes ownership, not excuses.
