Sales & Business Development Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and close revenue opportunities across real estate, property management, and tailored property solutions.
• Manage sales cycles from lead generation and cold outreach through consultative pitches, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Demonstrate digital twin and virtual tour solutions, property management packages, and project management services.
• Research target markets, developers, brokerages, institutional investors, asset managers, and private property owners.
• Build client relationships that support retention and long-term customer value.
• Identify account upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including spatial media, 3D scanning, and renovation or project management solutions.

Qualifications and skills

• 2–3 years of proven sales, business development, or account management experience in real estate, PropTech, property management, real estate media, or construction technology.
• Ability to understand client needs and structure custom proposals combining services and technology.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Autonomy, resilience, time-management skills, and a valid UAE driving licence.
