Business Development Executive, Real Estate Services

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate sector, including landlords, property managers, developers, and agencies.
• Build relationships through direct, in-person outreach, including regular meetings at construction sites and developer handover days.
• Pitch services and close recurring contracts.
• Represent the company at industry events and real estate meetups to build visibility and relationships with decision-makers.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of contacts and opportunities over time.

What the employer is looking for

• An existing network of contacts in Dubai real estate, property management, brokerage, or facilities management is preferred.
• A self-motivated approach to sales and comfort with direct outreach and building relationships from scratch.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working on-site in varied environments, including active construction and handover sites.
• Real estate or property-sector experience is preferred; proptech experience is a bonus, not required.

Compensation

• Compensation includes a base salary plus commission tied to new business and contract renewals; full details are discussed with shortlisted candidates.
• The posting lists pay of AED 7,000–10,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role involves in-person meetings and work at client and construction sites across Dubai.
