Property Scanning Specialist

Position Overview

Field Operations and Spatial Capture

• Travel to residential, commercial, and institutional properties to scan with Matterport Pro2/Pro3 cameras, LiDAR equipment, and mobile capture devices.
• Prepare sites by adjusting lighting, aligning staging, and clearing obstacles.
• Ensure complete spatial coverage without gaps, duplicate captures, or alignment errors; maintain camera height, spacing, and room or floor transitions.

Processing and Deliverables

• Process raw scan data in Matterport Cloud to create 3D walkthroughs, digital twins, and schematic floor plans.
• Check models and tours for alignment, balanced lighting, blurriness, and redaction of faces, identification, and license plates.
• Add Mattertag notes, multimedia links, measurements, and room labels as specified for each project.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination

• Represent the company on-site when communicating with property owners, facility managers, tenants, and site supervisors.
• Coordinate with internal team leads to deliver links, floor plans, high-resolution photos, and mesh files within scheduled turnaround times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Matterport equipment, 3D scanners, LiDAR, or professional photography equipment.
• Proficiency with Matterport Capture App and Matterport Cloud Workshop.
• Basic knowledge of spatial measurements, architectural layouts, and floor plan interpretation.
• Familiarity with real estate, proptech, property management, construction technology, or BIM/CAD fundamentals is highly preferred.
• Photo editing software such as Lightroom or Photoshop, or CAD/BIM viewers such as Revit or Navisworks, is a plus.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry equipment weighing up to 15–20 kg across multi-story properties.

Pay

• Pay is AED 5,000 per month.
