Sales Associate (Lead Generator)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that can generate in home sales leads among our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers reasonably flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make great income. Compensation: $20 Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time/ Plus Spiff for Sold Leads Fuel: Reimbursement of fuel for travel to and from selected warehouses Benefits: Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions. This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position Job duties will include: Speaking to potential customers/ homeowners Gaining potential customer details as leads for our outside sales and comfort advisors Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support Work independently including weekends Training will be provided Job Requirements: Professionalism in the warehouse Clean professional Must be High School Graduate & have reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel locally to 3-4 stores: Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Monterey County Must be able to stand 20-30 hours a week.
