HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Installer at Bellows, you’ll focus on installation projects including full system replacements, ductwork, and advanced HVAC systems. You’ll work with a team or lead smaller crews to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role is for experienced installers only. We are not hiring entry level or apprentice candidates for this position.

• Complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations • Install forced air furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps • Install and configure zoning systems and ductwork • Install mini split systems, wall heaters, and floor heaters • Perform system replacements and related installation work • Read plans and follow job specifications • Work with apprentices and support crew development • Ensure jobs are completed safely and up to code • Maintain clean, organized job sites • Communicate with the team to keep projects on track

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience required for top pay) • Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems • Ability to complete jobs efficiently with attention to detail • Experience working with a crew or leading small teams • Ability to read plans and understand job layouts • Must have own basic installer hand and power tools • Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record • Professional attitude and strong work ethic • Reliable, organized, and self motivated
