Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers with personalized service, understanding their needs and recommending jewelry pieces that align with their preferences.
- Drive sales by promoting collections, upselling, and meeting monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones), craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are upheld, including displays and inventory presentation.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of jewelry products (e.g., diamonds, gold, gemstones) and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- Passion for luxury retail and a commitment to representing a prestigious brand.
