Overview
**About the Role** We are hiring an energetic, customer-focused **Arabic-speaking Sales Associate** to join our showroom at Raha Mall, Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will represent our brand on the sales floor, assist walk-in customers, and drive store revenue through excellent product knowledge and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist Arabic and English-speaking customers in the showroom
- Demonstrate gym and fitness equipment features and benefits to walk-in clients
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Process sales transactions, invoices, and after-sales follow-ups
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement
- Build long-term relationships with corporate buyers, gyms, and individual clients
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and deliveries
- Report daily sales activity to the branch supervisor
Requirements
- **Arabic native speaker** (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of **English** (verbal and written)
- Previous sales experience in **gym, fitness, or sports equipment is highly preferred**
- General retail or showroom sales experience will also be considered
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Presentable appearance and professional attitude
- Available to work mall retail hours (including weekends)
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Currently based in UAE (preferred)
