Whether you are helping a customer find the perfect item or keeping the sales floor looking pristine, your energy will shape our store's success.
Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide expert advice or product recommendations.
- **Drive Sales:** Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals by utilizing product knowledge and active listening.
- **Store Operations:** Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system; handle cash and card payments responsibly.
- **Merchandising:** Maintain visual standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay up-to-date on current promotions, product features, and return policies to confidently answer customer questions.
- **Teamwork:** Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a smooth, positive daily operation.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
