Sales Associate Full Time - Lime Ridge Mall

Role overview

What you will accomplish

• Engage mall shoppers, follow the sales process, and build prospective-client relationships using CRM.
• Promote the retailer and its brands and provide personalized advice on wireless carriers, devices, and accessories.
• Meet business metrics and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Manage inventory, cash, point-of-sale and inventory systems; receive, sign, and secure products.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and daily kiosk operations, including opening and closing.
• Complete training, participate in coaching, stay current on offers and policies, and follow procedures.

What we're looking for

• Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work 32–40 hours per week during mall hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Wireless retail or commission sales experience is an asset.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Able to initiate customer conversations, adapt to change, manage priorities, and respond with urgency.
• Personalized customer approach; open to feedback, coaching, and professional development.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is $17.95 per hour plus commission.
• Full-time hours are 32–40 per week; commission is uncapped.

Schedule

• Must be available during mall operating hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
