**Role Overview:** We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts within the HR consultancy sector.
You will be responsible for expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new B2B opportunities in the HR space.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Leverage your extensive professional network to generate high-quality leads and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Eiger Marvel’s "Zero-Fee" ethical recruitment model.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B business development or recruitment sales.
- **Strong Professional Network:** A well-established network of contacts in the UAE corporate sector is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
- Self-starter attitude with a focus on proactive business acquisition.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
