Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our luxury car showroom.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for high-end vehicles.
You will be responsible for delivering a premium buying experience and building lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting luxury vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and value propositions effectively
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the showroom’s inventory and automotive trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations professionally
- Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards
Requirements
- **Proven experience in car sales (preferably in luxury or premium segment)**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a professional and presentable demeanor
- Ability to meet sales targets in a competitive environment
- Added Advantage – Consignment Acquisition which entails;
- Identify and approach vehicle owners interested in selling their cars through the showroom.
- Develop relationships with individual sellers, corporate clients, and industry contacts.
- Negotiate consignment agreements and ensure proper documentation.
- Build a network that generates a steady flow of quality vehicles for the showroom.
- Fluency in English (additional language like Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driving license
