We are hiring for International Fashion Brand – Europe, Cyprus
Sales Associates (F) – 50
Net Salary: €1,000–€1,500 per month.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Limassol Municipality for a Sales Associate.
The Sales Associate will engage with customers, provide excellent service, and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
include achieving sales targets, promoting products, maintaining store displays, and processing transactions accurately.
The role will also involve building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in renowned retail brands such as Zara, H&M, Mango, Massimo Dutti, and Calvin Klein.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Promote products and maintain strong brand awareness
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
- Handle cashiering, billing, and transaction processing accurately
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day store operations
& Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Experience with international fashion brands is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell products
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
- Passion for fashion, retail trends, and customer engagement
- Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented personality
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with local and international fashion trends will be considered an added advantage
