- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales environment and follow company procedures.
- Support new team members through training and mentorship.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills for sales processing and recordkeeping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service; retail or hospitality experience is preferred.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
