Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets; process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reconcile daily transactions.
- Welcome customers, explain raffle prizes, promotions, and product details, and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Keep the sales environment clean and organized and follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support new team members through training and mentorship.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service orientation, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and maintaining records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service; retail or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
