Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions, maintain accurate sales records, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Welcome customers and explain raffle prizes, promotions, and product details.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain an organized sales environment and follow company procedures.
- Support new team members through training and mentorship.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience; retail or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment and use basic computer tools for sales and records.
