Drive sales through customer service and help ensure personal and store targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal, store, and KPI targets in support of organizational objectives.
- Provide courteous customer service, share product information, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain current knowledge of product designs, trends, quality issues, and availability.
- Receive and send shipments, sort merchandise, and stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables.
- Complete operational administrative tasks requested by management.
Qualifications
- One year of experience in a similar role and brand is preferred.
- Local retail experience is preferred.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of local culture and sensitivities.
- Knowledge of fashion.
