Role overview
The Client Advisor drives sales through customer service and helps meet personal and store targets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal, store, and KPI targets in support of organizational objectives.
- Provide customer service by following policies, sharing product information, and treating customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Build and manage lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain current knowledge of product designs, trends, quality issues, and availability.
- Send and receive shipments, sort merchandise, and stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables.
- Complete operational administrative tasks as requested by management.
Qualifications
- One year of similar-role experience within a similar brand is preferred, with clienteling experience.
- Local retail experience is preferred.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of local culture and sensitivities, and knowledge of fashion.
