Position objective

Customer service

• Greet customers, help them choose products, and convert browsing into purchases.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to support repeat sales.
• Use the GUEST selling approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, and Thank.
• Stay informed about group brands and product details to make suitable recommendations.
• Maintain a presentable, well-groomed appearance.

Merchandise and store operations

• Display stock according to layout and visual-merchandising standards and maintain clearance stock norms.
• Record incoming and outgoing inventory and maintain reports.
• Operate the point-of-sale and billing counter; process cash, card, voucher, and automatic-debit payments.
• Tally cash at shift start and end and issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Remain vigilant about store security, minimize stock loss, and follow standard procedures and loss-prevention policies.
• Keep sales figures confidential from outside parties.

Schedule

• Be flexible to work varied shifts and overtime as required by the business.
• Extended hours may be required during sale periods.

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of the group's brands to support customer recommendations.
