About the Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Riyadh.
In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to our sales team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Support sales processes and contribute to team goals
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client journey
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with sales processes and a proactive approach to supporting team goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively across teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
