- Address any customer service issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Optimize supply chain operations to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management roles.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a sales team towards achieving goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Solid understanding of sales operations, supply chain management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
