Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai with some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales through client acquisition and relationship building while supporting marketing efforts to increase brand presence. Key responsibilities include managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, delivering training sessions, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing goals for optimum results.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to develop and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Ability to deliver Training programs effectively, fostering skill development within teams
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to customize solutions for clients and improve performance
- Experience in marketing strategies, tools, and content development is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages, such as Arabic, is a plus
