1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

· Identify potential clients (B2B depending on product)

· Research target industries and companies

· Use tools like CRM systems and outreach platforms to build pipelines

2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building

· Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships

· Understand customer pain points and business needs

3. Product Presentation & Demo

· Explain software features and benefits clearly

· Conduct product demos (online or in-person)

· Tailor presentations to client needs

4. Sales Conversion

· Negotiate pricing and contract terms

· Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

· Handle objections and follow up effectively

5. Account Management

· Maintain relationships with existing clients

· Upsell or cross-sell additional features/services

· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

· Monitor industry trends in areas like Software as a Service

· Analyze competitor offerings and pricing

· Provide feedback to product and marketing teams

7. CRM & Reporting

· Update sales activities in CRM tools in ESAT ERP

· Track leads, conversions, and revenue

· Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

· 1–5+ years in sales (preferably in software/IT/SaaS)

· Experience with B2B sales cycles is often preferred

· Strong verbal and written communication

· Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

· Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs

· Familiarity with concepts like: Cloud Computing andCustomer Relationship Management Negotiation and persuasion Lead handling and closing techniques

· Objection handling

· Ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior

· Forecasting and pipeline management

· CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

· Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

· Video conferencing tools
