Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site International Sales and Leasing Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.

The consultant will manage the end-to-end sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting international and local clients, conducting property viewings, presenting tailored real estate solutions, and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

include preparing and reviewing lease documentation, coordinating with internal teams and developers, and ensuring accurate lease administration and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

The role involves building long-term client relationships, supporting resident retention initiatives, and providing high-quality customer service before and after transactions.

The consultant will also track market trends, maintain an up-to-date property portfolio, and work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease documentation.
  • Experience in resident retention strategies and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and residents.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a client-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing, ideally within the UAE or international property markets.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages) are an advantage.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and property listings.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, including flexibility to meet clients during evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in real estate are a plus.
