Overview

Job Overview: As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience at our showroom by assisting clients in choosing the right vehicles and products to meet their needs.

You will be instrumental in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the showroom s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding the right vehicles based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, prices, and financing options to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present vehicles to customers, conduct test drives, and effectively negotiate prices and terms to close sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent performance in both individual and team sales goals.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing showroom inventory, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed, clean, and ready for customer viewing.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts, financing agreements, and delivery details.
  • Product Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product presentations and vehicle demonstrations, emphasizing key features, advantages, and benefits to the customer.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and service teams to promote special offers, events, and after-sales services.
