Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding the right vehicles based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, features, prices, and financing options to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

• Sales & Negotiation

• Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent performance in both individual and team sales goals.
• Inventory Management:
• Assist in managing showroom inventory, ensuring vehicles are properly displayed, clean, and ready for customer viewing.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts, financing agreements, and delivery details.

• Product Presentations & Demonstrations

• Conduct detailed product presentations and vehicle demonstrations, emphasizing key features, advantages, and benefits to the customer.
• Follow-Up:
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and service teams to promote special offers, events, and after-sales services.
