- مؤهلاتك
- تستمتع بالتعامل مع العملاء ولديك خبرة في المبيعات ، ويفضل في قطاع الأحذية أو الأزياء.
- تقدم للعملاء تجربة شراء مثالية من خلال فهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم المشورة المناسبة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع عدة عملاء في نفس الوقت دون صعوبة.
- تتمتع بروح الفريق وتبث طاقة إيجابية ومحفزة للآخرين.
- تمتلك مهارات تواصل قوية، وتتمتع بإجادة اللغة الألمانية بشكل ممتاز، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية أيضًا.
- دورك في الفريق:
- التفاعل النشط مع العملاء بترحيب وابتسامة ودية لخلق بيئة تسوق مريحة.
- إجراء محادثات بيع مقنعة لتعريف العملاء بالمنتجات وزيادة نسبة المبيعات.
- ضمان عرض المنتجات بطريقة جذابة وفقًا لمعايير الترويج البصري.
- إدارة عمليات الدفع والمحاسبة بدقة وكفاءة.
- المشاركة في عمليات الجرد ودعم التنظيم العام للمتجر والمخزون.
