Role overview

Customer engagement and sales

• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Approach customers proactively with advice and personalized service to encourage sales.
• Handle inquiries, transactions, and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve complaints with patience and a problem-solving approach.
• Maintain knowledge of the product range, promotions, and company policies.

Store operations and merchandising

• Arrange and maintain merchandise displays according to popularity, trends, and company guidelines.
• Keep shelves stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory, report shortages, and assist with unloading shipments.
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale system and handle daily revenue closing.

Administrative and team support

• Record customer orders and update relevant company database details.
• Maintain an organized and hygienic store environment in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and support store success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company policies through continuous learning.

Skills and qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in handling sales transactions and computer-based systems.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Previous retail, cosmetics, or customer service experience is a plus.

Pay

• AED 4,000 per month.
