About This Role
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Sales Advisor who can understand clients deeply, advise them correctly, and close with confidence.
This is not a volume-calling role. It’s a consultative sales position where trust, communication, and positioning matter more than pushing offers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Sales
- Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally
- Understand client needs and recommend the right business setup solutions
- Conduct consultations (calls/meetings) with a strategic approach
- Close deals while maintaining a premium client experience
- Build long-term relationships and generate referrals
Pipeline & Performance
- Manage and track leads through CRM
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and conversion discipline
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business setup, or consulting (UAE preferred)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to sell value, not just price
- Professional presence and confidence in client interactions
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
- Understanding of UAE licensing, visas, and corporate services is a strong advantage

Compensation
- Base Salary + High Commission Structure
