Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong hands-on exposure to UAE Mainland company setup, visa processing, and government portals. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with Tasheel, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, and other relevant UAE authorities. This role includes operational responsibility along with performance-based commission on achieving assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle UAE Mainland business setup processes, including trade license issuance, amendments, and renewals
• Manage employment, investor, partner, and dependent visas end-to-end
• Process applications via Tasheel, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE, and related online portals
• Coordinate with DED, Immigration, Labor, Medical, Emirates ID, and other government entities
• Prepare and submit documentation for entry permits, status change, labor contracts, and visa stamping
• Track application statuses and ensure timely completion within government timelines
• Liaise with clients and internal teams for document collection and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, and renewals
• Support sales and operations teams in closing and executing client cases

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE PRO experience in a business setup or corporate services firm
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Tasheel
• ICP
• MOHRE
• GDRFA
• Proven experience in Mainland license and visa processing
• Familiarity with UAE government procedures and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
