The Sales Advisor connects with customers, understands their needs, recommends solutions, and supports business growth.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide professional product or service guidance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions; build and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle sales inquiries by phone, email, online channels, or in person.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into sales; achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and customer records; maintain accurate CRM and sales-system information.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Stay updated on products, services, market trends, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- The posting requests 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer-service and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident negotiation and presentation skills; target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
