Customer Success Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with key customers and serve as their primary contact throughout the customer journey.
• Understand customer objectives, challenges, and business requirements; develop strategies to improve satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Monitor customer health, engagement, adoption, and account performance; identify growth, renewal, and additional-service opportunities.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate solutions; conduct customer reviews and provide performance updates and recommendations.
• Track feedback and identify product and service improvements; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support.
• Maintain customer information, activities, and success plans in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a similar role.
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer-retention strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities; data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms is preferred.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
