Sales Advisor role combining front desk operations and sales at an automotive service center in Dubai, UAE.
The employer seeks a professional, customer-focused candidate able to recommend suitable automotive products and services.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and handle reception and front desk activities; understand customer and vehicle service needs.
- Recommend tyres, maintenance, repairs, and other automotive services.
- Prepare quotations, job cards, invoices, and customer records accurately.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and other departments for smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, and completed services; handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities to upsell additional services; maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor, Service Advisor, Receptionist, or similar role is preferred; automotive service experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills; good English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and ability to prepare quotations and job cards.
- Sales-oriented, well-organized, able to work under pressure, and able to work effectively with customers, technicians, and the sales team.
