Receptionist role at an automotive service center, handling customer reception, inquiries, team coordination, and front-desk operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with service requirements.
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
- Record customer details and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the workshop team on vehicles and service progress.
- Prepare job cards, appointments, quotations, and service documentation.
- Share service updates and estimated completion times as advised by the team.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.
- Handle complaints politely and refer them to a supervisor when needed.
- Support daily administrative and front-office activities.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist or Customer Service Executive experience is preferred.
- Automotive garage, tyre shop, or vehicle service center experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills; basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
