Sales Administrator SSLAD
About This Role
The role also supports export documentation, logistics coordination, customer communication, and internal order processing. In addition, the incumbent may assist in company purchasing activities as required. The position ensures full compliance with OSI’s Quality Management System (QMS), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, and corporate procedures.
Part 3: Qualification Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
Minimum tertiary education qualification.
Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may be considered.
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably within the oil & gas industry (upstream experience preferred).
Experience in oil & gas, energy services, or industrial environments is advantageous.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with ERP systems or order management systems is preferred.
Good telephone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Key Competencies
Technical & Professional:
- Understanding of sales order processing and tender documentation.
- Knowledge of export documentation and logistics coordination.
- Basic commercial awareness (invoicing, payment follow-up, freight terms).
- Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and compliance requirements.
