Sales Administrator
About This Role
Sales Administration
- Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices in Microsoft Dynamics BC 365
- Maintain accurate customer account records, pricing, and contract terms in the system
- Track order fulfilment status and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries
- Generate and distribute sales reports, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards
- Prepare and send proforma invoices, delivery notes, and customer correspondence
Microsoft Dynamics BC 365 Operations
- Handle end-to-end order management within the Sales & Receivables module
- Support inventory queries and stock availability checks via the Inventory & Warehousing module
- Coordinate with Finance on customer credit limits, payment terms, and AR follow-ups
- Raise and track purchase orders where required to fulfil customer demand
- Ensure data integrity across customer, item, and pricing master records
Customer & Internal Coordination
- Serve as point of contact for customer enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and sales representatives
- Support sample and demo equipment request processing and tracking
- Assist with tender and bid administration documentation
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review
- Maintain organised records of contracts, approvals, and client communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements for medical equipment distribution
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
